GOOD CHANCES FOR US TODAY AT SANDOWN

The unbeaten Tasman Park, So You See, Reputabelle and Traduce run for us at Sandown today.

Tasman Park has won both his starts and Mike Moroney has stepped him up in class and distance today, running in the fourth race over 1600 metres with Jamie Mott aboard.

“He’s won at the track last start, I can’t fault him, his work has been very good,” Mike said.

“I’m confident he’ll be ok on the ground, it was firm enough for his gallop on Tuesday and he was comfortable.

“It’s test for him today at Saturday class but he’s a horse I have an opinion of and I do expect him to be hard to beat.”

So You See (pictured) and Reputabelle both run in the sixth race over 1400 metres, Jamie Moot riding So You See and Craig Williams on Reputabelle.

“So You See is there fitter for her first-up run and I’m happy with her,” Mike said. “Her work has been excellent and she’s definitely improved.

“Sandown should suit her and I think she’s a great winning chance.”

“Reputabelle is up in class but she’s in well at the weights, has drawn well and gets a senior rider so she’s got a bit in her favour,” Mike said.

“She’s trained on well and I’d say she will peak for the race today so she’s there to run well.”

Traduce has his first run for the stable in the seventh race over 1800 metres and he too is one who should be suited by Sandown.

“I’m happy with him, he came to us in good order,” Mike said.

“He’s had a jumpout to get him ready and I thought for a stayer he went nicely over 800 metres.

“It will be interesting to see how he fares but I can’t fault him and there is no reason to say he won’t run well.”
